What I collect
Two things, both minimal.
- Form submissions. If you fill out the contact form, I receive the name, email, firm name, practice area, headcount, and message you typed. That submission is processed by Formspree (the form-handling service I use) and forwarded to my inbox.
- Aggregate page-view stats. The site is on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare logs basic server metrics (country, page URL, timestamp) for security and for low-resolution traffic counters. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics scripts.
What I don’t collect
- No tracking cookies.
- No advertising pixels (no Meta, no Google Ads, no LinkedIn Insight).
- No newsletter list. Email addresses you send me stay between us; I don’t add you to anything.
- No session recordings, no heatmaps.
Why I keep what I keep
Form submissions stay in my inbox and in Formspree’s dashboard so I can reply, follow up, and pull historical context if we end up working together later. If you ask me to delete a message, I will.
Who else sees this data
- Formspree — processes form submissions. Their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides DNS / CDN. Their privacy policy.
- Google Search Console (after launch) — gives me aggregated query / impression data for the domain. Their privacy policy. This data is about how the site appears in search, not about you specifically.
No other third parties receive your data. I don’t sell or rent it, ever.
Your rights
Email [email protected] and tell me what you want:
- A copy of any form submission you sent.
- Deletion of that submission from my records and from Formspree.
- Anything else reasonable.
I’ll reply within two business days and act within seven.
Changes to this policy
If I change anything substantive, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. There’s no mailing list to notify, by design.
